These Terms govern the use of TotalGhar. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
Users must be legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law.
2. Orders and Pricing
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices may change without notice.
3. Delivery
3-hour delivery applies only to eligible pin codes in Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida and remains subject to stock availability, weather, traffic and operational constraints.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information and refrain from unlawful activities.
5. Product Information
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all product descriptions are error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TotalGhar shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content belongs to TotalGhar or its licensors.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
