Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At TotalGhar, customer satisfaction is important to us.

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligible Returns

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products
  • Missing items
  • Quality concerns

3. Return Conditions

Products must be unused, unopened, in original packaging and free from moisture exposure or misuse.

4. Transportation

Customers may return products to the warehouse themselves or transportation charges may apply for pickups arranged by TotalGhar.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on customer preference and feasibility.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Opened, used or moisture-affected products may not qualify. Excess ordering without defects may not qualify after use.

7. Cancellations

Orders cancelled before dispatch may receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after dispatch may attract logistics charges.

8. Delivery Commitment

Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to operational constraints.
